1. The Train Incident: Once Baba ji boarded the train without a ticket, and when the TT asked him about the ticket, he said he did not have any, so the TT asked him to get off the train. After that, when the train driver tried to start the train, it could not move. So someone suggested that the TT should apologize to Baba Ji and let him back on the train. Then Baba ji agreed, but with two conditions. First to build a station in the Neem Karoli village, and the second is to treat the ascetic people better. Baba ji boarded the train and gave his blessings to the train drivers so the train started immediately.

2. Controlling the weather: Neem Karoli Baba ji is popularly considered to have the power to control the weather. Many believed that he could control the weather with his divine power.

3. Healing the sick: Neem Karoli Baba Ji is widely believed to have had the power to heal the sick.
