Kalayanti sukhan sarvan striyo vaishyāstathā’pare ॥6॥

Tulasyā nāparan kinychid daivatan jagatītale ।
Yathā pavitrito loko viṣhṇusangen vaiṣhṇavah ॥7॥

Tulasyāah pallavan viṣhṇoah shirasyāropitan kalau ।
Āropayati sarvāṇi shreyāansi varamastake ॥8॥

Tulasyāan sakalā devā vasanti satatan yatah ।
Atastāmarchayelloke sarvān devān samarchayan ॥9॥

Namastulasi sarvajnye puruṣhottamavallabhe ।

Meaning of Stotra

Jagaddhātri namastubhyan viṣhṇoshcha priyavallabhe ।
Yato brahmādayo devāah sṛuṣhṭisthityantakāriṇah ॥1॥
O mother of the universe, O most dear to Lord Viṣṇu, I offer my obeisances unto You.
From Him Brahma and other gods are the causes of creation, maintenance and destruction.

Tulasī pātu māan nityan sarvāpadbhyo’pi sarvadā ।
Kīrtitāpi smṛutā vāpi pavitrayati mānavam ॥3॥
May the tulasī tree always protect me from all calamities.
Whether recounted or remembered it purifies man.

Namāmi shirasā devīan tulasīan vilasattanum ।
Yāan dṛuṣhṭvā pāpino martyā muchyante sarvakilbiṣhāt ॥4॥
I bow my head to the goddess Tulasī, whose body is so beautiful.
Seeing her sinful mortals are freed from all sins.

Tulasyā rakṣhitan sarvan jagadetachcharācharam ।
Yā vinihanti pāpāni dṛuṣhṭvā vā pāpibhirnaraiah ॥5॥
The entire universe, moving and nonmoving, is protected by the tulasī tree.

Āropayati sarvāṇi shreyāansi varamastake ॥8॥
In Kali-yuga, a leaf of tulasī tree was placed on the head of Lord Viṣṇu.
He places all the auspicious things on the head of the boon.

Tulasyāan sakalā devā vasanti satatan yatah ।
Atastāmarchayelloke sarvān devān samarchayan ॥9॥
Because all the demigods always reside in the tulasī tree.
Therefore one should worship her in this world worshiping all the gods.

Namastulasi sarvajnye puruṣhottamavallabhe ।
Pāhi māan sarvapāpebhyah sarvasampatpradāyike ॥10॥
Obeisances to you, Tulasī, who know everything and are dear to the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Viṣhṇumarchayatā nityan shobhanaistulasīdalaiah ॥11॥
