Sankat Nashak Ganesh Stotra

nārada uvācha ।
praṇamya śirasā dēvaṃ gaurīputraṃ vināyakam ।
bhaktāvāsaṃ smarēnnityamāyuṣkāmārthasiddhayē ॥ 1 ॥
prathamaṃ vakratuṇḍaṃ cha ēkadantaṃ dvitīyakam ।
tṛtīyaṃ kṛṣṇapiṅgākṣaṃ gajavaktraṃ chaturth akam ॥ 2 ॥
lambōdaraṃ pañchamaṃ cha ṣaṣṭhaṃ vikaṭamēva cha ।
saptamaṃ vighnarājaṃ cha dhūmravarṇaṃ tathāṣṭamam ॥ 3 ॥
navamaṃ bhālachandraṃ cha daśamaṃ tu vināyakam ।
ēkādaśaṃ gaṇapatiṃ dvādaśaṃ tu gajānanam ॥ 4 ॥
dvādaśaitāni nāmāni trisandhyaṃ yaḥ paṭhēnnaraḥ ।
na cha vighnabhayaṃ tasya sarvasiddhikaraṃ param ॥ 5 ॥
vidyārthī labhatē vidyāṃ dhanārthī labhatē dhanam ।
putrārthī labhatē putrānmōkṣārthī labhatē gatim ॥ 6 ॥
japēdgaṇapatistōtraṃ ṣaḍbhirmāsaiḥ phalaṃ labhēt ।
saṃvatsarēṇa siddhiṃ cha labhatē nātra saṃśayaḥ ॥ 7 ॥
aṣṭabhyō brāhmaṇēbhyaścha likhitvā yaḥ samarpayēt ।
tasya vidyā bhavētsarvā gaṇēśasya prasādataḥ ॥ 8 ॥
iti śrīnāradapurāṇē saṅkaṣṭanāśanaṃ nāma gaṇēśa stōtram ।

Meaning of Sankat Nashak Ganesh Stotra

Parvati Nandan Dev should bow his head to Shri Ganeshji and remember that devotee's residence daily for the fulfilment of his life, wishes and wealth.
The first name is Vakratunda and the second is Ekadanta. The third one with deep pink eyes and the fourth one with the face of an elephant.
The fifth is Lambodar and the sixth is Vikat. The seventh is Vidhanrajandra and the eighth is Dhumravarna.
Ninth Bhalchandra and tenth Vinayak. The eleventh is Ganesha and the twelfth is Gajanan.
Whoever recites these twelve names for three evenings and O Lord, who accomplishes everything, has no fear of obstacles.
The student who wants knowledge gets education and the one who wants wealth gets wealth, the one who wants a son gets a son and the one who wants freedom gets a destination.
The person who chants Ganapati Stotra gets six times the results. He achieves success in just one year.
One who writes this and offers it to eight Brahmins will attain all knowledge by the grace of Lord Ganesha.

Benefits of chanting Sankat Nashak Stotra

It is believed that chanting Sankatnashak Ganesh Stotra helps people to overcome all kinds of problems and overcome obstacles in their daily life. This stotra, taken from Narad Purana, is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, who is known as Vighnaharta, the remover of obstacles. It is said that by chanting it daily, one becomes free from all kinds of problems and with concentration and patience, it provides auspicious results within six months to one year.

While chanting Sankat Nashan Ganesh Stotra, the following things should be kept in mind:
