Trikona Parikrama
Everyone is familiar with the well-known tale of Lord Krishna and his maternal uncle, Kansha.Mathura City's king, King Kansa, ascended the throne after his father, King Ugrasen. Despite his inherent evilness,Kansa had a soft side for her sister Devaki and aspired to fulfil all of her goals. With her marriage to Vasudev, an omen came stating that King Kamsa will face danger from their ninth child. He imprisoned them because his love for his sister gripped his hand tightly and stopped him from killing her. When the eighth child, Lord Krishna, eventually took birth, he was saved right away and taken to the town of Gokul, where he was replaced by the child of Yashodhara.
Yashodhara gave birth to a girl that same evening; she was taken back to the prison cell and placed as Devaki's ninth child. She was raised to become Maa Vidhyavasini in response to Kamsa's attempt to kill her by tossing her onto stones. She declared that Lord Krishna was born already, and that he would die eventually. Trikona Parikrama was formed when she killed Rakhtbeej and Mahishasur and slept eternally on the Vindhya mountain ranges in the shapes of Kali Khoh, Ashtabuja, and Vindhyavasini.

Temple of Kali Khoh (Parvati) at Vindhya Mountain
According to epic literature, a long time ago, a demon by the name of Rakthbeej terrorised and devastated the area. He is difficult to avenge because of his boon, which causes every drop of blood (Rakth) shed on Earth to generate millions of demons. Rakthbeej's evil was finally put an end to by goddess Kali, the divine destroyer, who was carrying a plate filled with the flowing blood of the fallen. The goddess lies in a structure that resembles a cave and is garlanded with lemons. The goddess is believed to be staring up at the sky with her mouth open, making this idol special.

Temple of Goddess Saraswati, Ashtabhuja at Vindhya Mountain
Maa Ashtabhuja was the sister of Lord Krishna and was born into the family of the fierce Kansa. "What harm will a wicked person like you do to me?" Mahamaya had forewarned Kansa. The person who is going to kill you was born already." After saying this, the goddess took flight and descended into the Vindhya mountain, which Markandeya Rishi refers to as "Nand Gop Gruhe Jata Yashoda Garbha Sambhava, Tatas Tau Nashyishyaami Vindhyachal Nivasini" in Durga Saptashati. Ever since, Maa Vindhyavasini has been blessing her devotees from her residence atop Vindhya mountain. The Vindhya Dham sees an increase in devotees during Navratri. The TrikonParikrama is incomplete without worshipping and witnessing the Ashtabhuja Devi at the Ashtabhuja Devi Temple. The Vindhya region is a sacred pilgrimage place, with the Adi Shakti Maa Vindhyavasini on one side and Mahakali and Mahasaraswati (Ashtabhuja Devi) on the other.

Goddess Durga's Temple at Vindhyavasini
The Goddess Vindhyavasini is buried around 70 km from Varanasi, near the banks of the Ganga and the Vindhya mountain range. Following an enhancing immersion in the Ganga River, where they compensate for their offences, pilgrims converge on this 51-shaktipeeth to receive Vindyavasini Devi's blessings. There is an enormous crowd during Navratri, an auspicious nine-day celebration honouring the goddess Durga in her nine manifestations, when visitors from all over the world gather at this place.
Significance of Vindhyavasini Temple
The correlation of Vindhyavasini Devi Temple with Goddess Vindhyavasini is what gives it prominence. It is thought that the Goddess grants her devotees' requests and bestows upon them heavenly favours. With unwavering dedication, devotees come to the temple in search of consolation and spiritual direction.
As previously indicated, this location is fulled with divinity. Other locations include-
Sita Kund, Vidhyanchal-
Lord Rama was exiled and travelled over several parts of Uttar Pradesh with his brother Lakshmana and wife Sita. According to legend, Lakshmana built this pond, or Kund, to collect water for his beloved sister-in-law. Here is where people come to receive holy water blessings, where Sita's idol is situated.
Ram Gaya Ghat, Vidhyanchal-
The world knows Vindhyachal Dham for Siddha Peeth. A popular location to offer Pind Daan to the ancestors during Pitru Paksha is Ramgaya Ghat.
Another name for it is Chhoti Gaya. On the banks of the Ganga harmony, it is believed that Lord Shri Ram and Mother Sita served tarpan for their forefathers during the Treta Yuga exile. This custom has persisted here ever since. The stream of devotees at Ram's Ghat for Shraddha is continuous from the 16 days of Pitru Paksha until the Ashwin new moon day. However, thousands of people from the district and other distant regions come here for the Pind Daan on Amavasya day.
Scriptures also depict the splendour of Ram Gaya Ghat in Shivpur, according to spiritual religious leader and prominent pilgrimage priest Triyogi Narayan Mishra. Offering Pind Daan to the ancestors here is supposed to help one achieve Moksha. It is thought that while in exile, Lord Shri Ram visited this location and presented his father, King Dasharatha, with an offer of Pind Daan and Tarpan. This location has been known as Ram Gaya Ghat ever since. From Treta Yuga to Kalantar Yuga, the ancient custom of providing Pind Daan at Ram Gaya Ghat persisted.
