Jnyānachakṣhurnamaste’stu kashyapātmaja-sūnave।
Tuṣhṭo dadāsi vai rājyan ruṣhṭo harasi tatkṣhaṇāt। 8
Devāsuramanuṣhyāshcha siddha-vidyādharoragā:।
Tvayā vilokitā: sarve nāshan yānti samūlata:। 9

Obeisance to the form of the fire of time and to the destroyer of death

Obeisance to the fleshless body and the long beard and matted hair.
Obeisance to the large-eyed, the dry-bellied, the cause of fear. 2

Namo dīrghāya shuṣhkāya kāladanṣhṭra namo’stu te। 3

O long dry one, O fang of time, I offer my obeisances unto thee. 3

Namo ghorāya raudrāya bhīṣhaṇāya kapāline। 4

O eye of knowledge, O son of Kasyapa, I offer my obeisances unto thee.
When you are satisfied you give the kingdom and when you are angry you take it away immediately 8

Tvayā vilokitā: sarve nāshan yānti samūlata:। 9
devas asuras humans siddhas vidyadharas and serpents
Everyone you have seen is going to perish altogether. 9
