N matsamo yadyapi pāpakartā n tvatsamosthāpi hi pāpahartā ।
Vijnyāpitan tvetadsheṣhasākṣhīn māmudhdarārtan patitan tavāgre ॥8॥

He holds a conch, disc, mace and lotus and is covered with Srivatsa.
O dark cloud, I salute you, save me from the ocean of birth and death.

You are a mother, father, friend, spiritual teacher, treasure of mercy.
There is no god except you, save me from the ocean of death.

Tvan kevalan kuru dayāan trāhi māan bhavasāgarāt ॥7॥
I do not know charity, religion, yoga, yagya, penance and chanting.
You only have mercy and save me from the ocean of death.
N matsamo yadyapi pāpakartā n tvatsamosthāpi hi pāpahartā ।
Vijnyāpitan tvetadsheṣhasākṣhīn māmudhdarārtan patitan tavāgre ॥8॥
Although he is not equal to me in committing sins, yet he is not equal to you in removing sins.
