Utsav App - Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

"Nirvann Applications Private Limited (Formerly known as Applex Technologies Private Limited)" represented under the brand name of “UTSAV APP” is committed to your utmost satisfaction. If you have ordered digital/hard goods/subscription/service from Utsav App and are unhappy with the product/service received, you will be eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund/partial refund if requested within 15 days of the order placement date.

Cancellation Policy

Except for Digital goods/services, post order placement, you can request for cancellation of order within 10 days of order placement or before order status has been updated to “PUJA OFFERED” (earlier of the two).

Digital Goods / services are not eligible for cancellation post purchase.

The cancellation request can be placed from the Utsav App, or you can write to us at contact@utsavapp.in or contact us over Call / WhatsApp at our Customer Helpline numbers : +91 6291087857 or +91 8044630858.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day exchange / refund policy for Physical Shipments, which means you have 10 days after receiving your shipment to request a return. (Only defective, damaged or mis-shipment products are eligible for return or replacement)
To initiate an exchange / refund request, you can email us at contact@utsavapp.in or contact us over Call / WhatsApp at our Customer Helpline numbers : +91 6291087857 or +91 8044630858. 

You have to share images/videos of the shipment received along with reasons for replacement or refund.

If any discrepancy is found with respect to quantity or quality of the shipment promised at time of purchase and shipment actually received; you will be eligible for a Free-of-Cost replacement or even full/partial refund in selective cases.

In case when Full/Partial Refund is issued, it may take 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.

Replacement and exchanged products will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
